Fire and Sea Rescue Station, Port of Nice

17 Aug

The use of prefabricated structures have allowed for the replacement of the Fire and Sea Rescue operations in the Port of Nice, without disrupting port operations. This method has been adopted in the port since 1971. The entire building was clad with corrugated aluminium cladding, which is a sensible approach to the harsh maritime environment. The project was completed on a tight deadline of four months. Architect for the project is Heams & Michel.

We think it looks marvelous!
